Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, all responsibility for delivery timing is assumed by the carrier. Vonney’s Custom Creations is not liable for shipping delays, transit issues, or failure of delivery by a specific date, regardless of the shipping method selected, including overnight or expedited services.

Rush orders or expedited turnaround requests are subject to mandatory rush fees. These fees are determined based on production capacity, order complexity, and the requested timeline. Acceptance of rush orders is not guaranteed and is at the sole discretion of Vonney’s Custom Creations.

As our products are digital and downloadable, there is no physical shipping involved. Upon completion of your purchase, you will receive instant access to download the digital product(s) directly from our website or through the provided download link in your confirmation email.
